Fees include VAT where applicable and are confirmed in writing before work begins. This website does not collect payment.
What changes an estimate
An estimate may increase for more than 25 pages, several household-member records, multiple bursary checklists, documents requiring a language specialist, or a deadline that requires reserved work outside the normal queue. We do not charge a percentage of a bursary and never make fees conditional on an award.
Timing
Standard full audits target two to three business days after a readable, agreed set is received. Focused checks target one to two business days. Urgent capacity is limited and must be accepted in writing; sending records does not create an urgent booking.
A clear quote before records move
Begin by naming the bursary, sharing its public checklist link and stating the page count. Do not send personal records through the enquiry form. We respond with scope, timing, fee and secure-handover instructions.
